For those whose Jewish background was limited, there is a world of knowledge and skills to learn. We have curated the courses at The Sem to help you build from the foundations up.
Accessible.
Every teacher and course is perfectly suited to help you explore these topics in a way that’s accessible to you today. All material is presented in English or translated. Concepts are explained, not assumed - all with a respect and acknowledgment of the sophistication and brilliance of the women in the room.

You do not have to commit to all days and classes but they are all really awesome so we know you won’t be able to get enough! Come stop by for one day or two and find the mix of days and times that works for you!

Can I come for one day a week?
The Sem schedule is so good, im not sure you’ll want to miss any of it. But we get life happens and we can make your schedule work.
Do you have to have Jewish education background to join?
Nope! The program was created to give you a chance to learn about your Judaism whether or not you had the opportunity to do so earlier in your life.
How do you select your educators?
We choose people who inspire us. They radiate a love of Hashem, His Torah and the Jewish People.
